Credence LLC C2ISR Program Analyst, Journeyman in Warner Robins, Georgia
Credence Management Solutions LLC, is seeking a Program Analyst at the Journeyman-level to support the Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division program requirements. The Program Analyst will liaison with C2ISR Branch leaders and provide analysis of: high-level data; programmatic cost, schedule and performance; budgetary/financial analysis and support to acquisitions. The position will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) based on an understanding of its current programmatic status in an ever-changing dynamic environment in C2ISR.
Contractor personnel shall provide A&AS to the Government on the following tasks:
Utilize various Government applications, databases or systems to obtain information to analyze issues arising from engineering, operational and/or associated maintenance activities in support of C2ISR engineering Division and Branch. This may include, but is not limited to: MICT, Risk Recon, LCMP, STS, DTS, CCAR, SharePoint, WAWF, and CHRIS.
Assess situations, trends, and/or documentation in order to define impacts and potential corrective actions for deficiencies in Branch level processes, scheduling, and/or management of resources.
Provide analysis, research, and recommended responses for suspense’s assigned to the EN Branch, working with the Chief Engineers across the C2ISR weapon systems. Maintain a database/filing system to store responses for future reference.
Research the latest AFI guidance, update, maintain, provide recommended changes to all Engineering Branch official records to include but not limited to: Configuration Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, SEAM, USAP, Appointment Letters, Delegation Authority Letters.
Extract, collect, compile, monitor, audit, evaluate and/or analyze engineering and budget management documents and processes, practices and concepts, various engineering plans, from various Government or OEM contractor sources and make recommendations on completeness, accuracy, timeliness and/or compliance with requirements.
Provide knowledge of acquisition and sustainment processes, configuration management and risk management.
Provide excellent communications skills to including writing and editing material; briefing or speaking at senior meetings and forums.
Review program documents for senior audiences and recommend changes.
2 - 5 years of DoD programmatic analysis and management of executive level support to government leadership.
Must have excellent Microsoft Professional Office skills for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with graphics program a plus.
USAF or similar Service experience desired.
PMP Certification desirable.
AGILE and ITIL desired.
Knowledge of AFI Policies and Procedures.
Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent written and verbal communication skill sets and exemplify themselves as a team player in a challenging environment.
Travel required as contractual necessary.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's and/or Master’s Degree in Business Accounting, Financial Management, or other equivalent related field is required.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- A minimum of a Secret security clearance is required to begin work. Must be able to upgrade and maintain a TS.
