Employment Terms:This job is a full-time, benefited, FLSA Exempt position in the Human Resources Division that reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources.
Salary: Targeted salary is commensurate with education and experience
Bachelor’s degreeandTwo (2) years related work experience

Job Description Summary:
Under minimal supervision, is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of procedural manuals and training programs.
Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
Plans and arranges staff and faculty development activities;
Coordinates and runs new employee orientation;
Develops a procedural manual for internal staff and faculty;
Generates departmental training materials and performs training research;
Advances new courseware design, development and pilots;
Generates documents to market the programs;
Works with the director and other staff members to evaluate and standardize business processes and tools in order to ensure quality of instructional service delivery.
Recruit, hire, orient, schedule and observe contract instructors to ensure instructional standards are met;
Participates in product studies to analyze and align business and training needs and develops training plans;
Plans, conducts and/or serves as a team member;
Generates regular and ad hoc training reports and/or other statistical and informational reports; departmental materials and training research;
Develops and maintains positive communication and teamwork with supervisors and staff;
Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.

o Shows persistence and seeks alternatives when obstacles arise; seeks alternative solutions; does things before being asked or forced to by events.
