Description/Job Summary

Internal applicants only Perdue associates

1st Reiser and 2nd Line 4 RTE

Employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the HACCP program and is vigilant to eliminating or reducing product hazards. Employee will record monitoring information on CCP recording document on a continual basis. Employee will check freezers every

2 hours to ensure temperature, environmental, product safety. Employee will periodically review oven temperatures in the oven room and ensure correct cooking temperatures are being used. Employee will review product-bagging process for product weight verification,

product appearance, coding on bags and all other pertinent factors affecting the product prior to shipment preparation. Employee will also complete dispatch reports, shipping / receiving tickets. Employee will report any deviations from the established specifications

to Q.A. Supervisor and / or the Production Supervisor. Employee will issue supplies to employees from the supply room. Responsible for Safe Quality Food, (SQF), HACCP, CCP tasks, sanitation and all support program implementation. Supervisory personnel may

assign other duties as required.

Required Education

Minimum education required. Employee must be able to read and write in English to correctly complete forms, Employee must be able to understand basic instructions from supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

Employee must be able to lift 1lb - 25lbs. 50 % of the time. Standing and walking 100 % of the time. Reaching and bending occasionally.

REQUIREMENTS: Controlled environment (temp. 35° - 90°F), Floor surfaces vary from wet and slippery to dry and dusty. Medium noise level (hearing protection required).
