Location: Gainesville, GA Description: The credit analyst is responsible for analyzing financial statements, bank and trade references, D&B reports, and other pertinent credit file information to recommend credit limits. Responsibilities Credit and Prospect Review Review and, if necessary, contact customer and/or information supplier to secure needed information Make necessary or relevant changes to the credit file Create customer files; pull D&B, request references, etc. Communicate with customer/sales for follow-up and to give status updates Financial Statement Updates Analyze financial statements and affiliated financial information Contact designated individuals at customer offices or information supplier for additional information and/or clarification on information provided Recommend credit limits based on the analysis Credit Management Merger/JV projects Fuel Link site management Reporting Government and MGES Bid Review Review financials for government bids and make recommendations for credit approval Update bid request form with relevant credit information Work with government to obtain financials and review specifics of bid Other Duties as Assigned Position Requirements Formal Education & Certification Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration Knowledge & Experience 0-3 Years' Experience in a Financial Capacity.
