Job sites are located on Fort Stewart, Georgia (Liberty County) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF) (Chatham County). The Construction Supervisor is a natural leader, highly organized, self-motivated and able to adapt efficiently with changing job site conditions and requirements. �Construction Supervisor Skills and Qualifications: Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing Profitability, Delegation, Supply Management, ADA Requirements, Government Project Management, Estimating, Attention to Detail, Quality Focus. �Must possess knowledge of preparation for and application of, concrete for fabricating, covering, and reinforcing structures. Including oversight of form placement for molding concrete, installation of reinforcing steel and the conveying, pouring, finishing and curing of concrete. �Must possess knowledge of preparation for and application of asphalt oversight of spreading, rolling and tamping asphalt to form surfaces of highways, streets, parking lots. May include airstrips. Must be able to calculate number of trucks required to haul asphalt from mix plant to worksite. Must be able to measure slope and thickness of of paving to verify compliance with contract. �Must possess knowledge of government contracts and the process of submitting progress reports to the government. �This position may require face to face interaction and written correspondence with clients, subcontractors, vendors and inspectors, which requires a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. �The Construction Supervisor is responsible for managing field crews and subcontractors on a daily basis. Applicant must: possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.; have a valid Driver's License and have a minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience as a Construction Supervisor. Job is considered Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week). Pay: To be discussed.
