POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: Mathematics Adjunct Instructor POSITION DESCRIPTION: Part-time position based on semester system. This is for Fall semester 2018 beginning on, August 20, 2018 and ending December 14, 2018. Adjunct faculty responsibilities are centered on preparing and teaching classes as assigned. College Algebra (Math 1111) will be taught at the Bartow County College & Career Academy in Cartersvill, Ga. The class will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings 8:30am � 10:00am. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: �Master�s degree with 18 graduate hours in Mathematics oCourses must be pure math with a MATH prefix and can not be math education courses. �Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer literacy skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: �Teaching experience SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary--$2,000 per course.
