Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

  • FIS is seeking a proven sales professional with a demonstrated track record successfully selling premier software and services into the Financial Services industry. As an FIS Sales Executive you will use your deep industry knowledge to sell our highly rated software and services to new business accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to sell a broad solution including ATM Testing tools, Network Simulators, and EMV Certification Tools and Services. Your clear understanding of your customers' marketplace and their business drivers will be the key to penetrating target accounts.

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship and negotiation skills. The FIS Sales Executive is responsible for owning the client relationship at the C-level, increasing revenue and profit within assigned territory through share growth, and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction in our targeted enterprise accounts in North America. The role encompasses the FIS OTS portfolio of software offerings and services.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Build business through proactive customer contacts, which result in meeting/exceeding annual quota targets through sales to new and existing customers

  • Leverage research skills, intra-company contacts, market data to qualify prospects and develop a calibrated target client list

  • Utilize strong lead generation capabilities to successfully penetrate client at all levels of organization through and including C-suite

  • Ability to identify different buyer motivations across various client bases and levels in order to expand potential revenue drivers

  • Adjust sales approach and strategy accordingly to various client drivers to solidify role as customer advocate

  • Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations

  • Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features/benefits of relevant FIS software, service offerings which meet specific customer’ needs

  • Conduct business in a profitable, ethical manner

  • Must have excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills in order to perform as a world class customer advocate
