Recruiter/Recruiting Manager - (51555) Job Title Recruiter/Recruiting Manager Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Category Human Resources - Recruiting Employment Status Salary Travel Required None Shift Type N/A Job Description GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Our Recruiting Manager will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, (GM's, Directors, VP's) in attracting and retaining high quality talent at the hourly and some exempt levels in multiple operations. He or she will develop and implement strategic recruitment programs in order to attract high potential candidates; work with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes; be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified applicants. This position will also serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in the staffing process. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment. SPECIFIC DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Recruit, source, interview, and onboard high quality candidates in a timely manner Develop and manage a recruiting database of qualified candidates for future opportunities Network with community and professional organizations Develop a recruitment strategy to successfully attract qualified candidates Heavy communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process Drive the company's Employee Referral Program Coordinate the company's recognition program, "110% Club" Conduct wage / market surveys Interview candidates using the behavioral interviewing process Ensure hiring mangers have a diverse pool of candidates to interview Follow up with all new hires to ensure smooth transition Influence new hires to submit employee referrals Communicate potential retention issues or patterns to hiring mangers and / or Director of Recruiting Minimum Requirements REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
