Location: Atlanta, GA. Our offices are located on Trinity Ave, downtown Atlanta. We are looking for someone to go into the office daily

Travel: Minimal

The focus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:

  • Accountable for development, execution, monitoring and control of project plans, including verification and validation of project deliverables quality

  • Successfully manage multi-site, multi-vendor, external and internal projects within schedule, scope, budget and quality parameters

  • Identify, communicate, mitigate and manage risks and issues for successful project delivery

  • Manage ongoing programs as assigned to ensure all objectives meet client expectations, service level agreements and contractual obligations

  • Develop project proposals and offer recommendations for improvement through automation, process design and human capital management

  • Contribute to overall PMO initiatives as directed, regardless of specific program or agency assignment

  • Accountable for internal and external project progress reporting as prescribed by the Program Management Office standards and Capgemini executive leadership

  • Develop and deliver formal communications (briefings, reports, etc.) with executive stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain strong client, customer and account team relationships

  • Undertake annual continuous education, training and awareness to ensure understanding of technological changes

What you bring:


  • 4 years of information technology project-based work experience as a Project/Program Manager, managing simultaneous complex projects

  • At least 2 years of managing relationships with large client decision-makers

  • 2 years of successful business process improvement experience

  • Advanced analysis and reporting skills to render information from disparate data

  • Proficiency in managing competing priorities to successful outcomes

  • Excellent writing and speaking skills

  • Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based, collaborative work environment

  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of industry-recognized project management disciplines, methodologies and best practices

  • Project Management Professional certification from The Project Management Institute


  • ITIL® V3 Infrastructure Library certification

  • IT Infrastructure project management expertise

  • Lean Six Sigma experience
