Location: Atlanta, GA. Our offices are located on Trinity Ave, downtown Atlanta. We are looking for someone to go into the office daily
The focus of your role within Capgemini, what you do:
Accountable for development, execution, monitoring and control of project plans, including verification and validation of project deliverables quality
Successfully manage multi-site, multi-vendor, external and internal projects within schedule, scope, budget and quality parameters
Identify, communicate, mitigate and manage risks and issues for successful project delivery
Manage ongoing programs as assigned to ensure all objectives meet client expectations, service level agreements and contractual obligations
Develop project proposals and offer recommendations for improvement through automation, process design and human capital management
Contribute to overall PMO initiatives as directed, regardless of specific program or agency assignment
Accountable for internal and external project progress reporting as prescribed by the Program Management Office standards and Capgemini executive leadership
Develop and deliver formal communications (briefings, reports, etc.) with executive stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong client, customer and account team relationships
Undertake annual continuous education, training and awareness to ensure understanding of technological changes
What you bring:
4 years of information technology project-based work experience as a Project/Program Manager, managing simultaneous complex projects
At least 2 years of managing relationships with large client decision-makers
2 years of successful business process improvement experience
Advanced analysis and reporting skills to render information from disparate data
Proficiency in managing competing priorities to successful outcomes
Excellent writing and speaking skills
Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based, collaborative work environment
Demonstrated knowledge and application of industry-recognized project management disciplines, methodologies and best practices
Project Management Professional certification from The Project Management Institute
ITIL® V3 Infrastructure Library certification
IT Infrastructure project management expertise
Lean Six Sigma experience
