Relocation Provided: Job Posting End Date: Job Profile: 30018407 - Master Scheduler II Company: 1153 Atlanta Beverage Base Plt Grade: 07 Function: Supply Chain Role: Level 7 Travel Required: Open for Referrals: Position Overview: Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for Planning & Scheduling preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and Instrument calibration work orders. Reviewing and action planning for order completion. Function Specific Activities: Coordinate the plant calibration program for the maintenance team Insure that there is adequate maintenance coverage for each shift. Vacations, PTO, Production OT and project OT. Provides guidance to maintenance technicians in regards to troubleshooting equipment/processes, prioritization of work orders. Plans & schedules maintenance projects and receives quotes from outside contractors for maintenance projects. Scheduling outside contractors for daily and weekend work. Assist SAP Master Data to improve PM & Calibration program. Collaborate with spare parts clerk and maintenance buyer to insure parts and services are up timely for proper plant operation. Maintain SAP Plant Maintenance routines. Utilize SAP PM in the following: Breakdown Maintenance Scheduling & planning work orders Preventive Maintenance Calibration Process Assist with improving Material Management processes and work order kitting. Support the Maintenance Manager and team with maintenance planning and scheduling. Minimum Requirements: BS/BA (or equivalent field experience) 5 years of manufacturing plant maintenance experience Effective communication skills Ability to be a leader Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of manufacturing plant maintenance experience SAP Experience a plus Microsoft Office proficiency a plus Job Requirements: Education: High School or GED Years of Experience: 2-3 Years Experience Leadership Behaviors: DRIVE INNOVATION: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain ourbusiness(encompassingeverything from continuous improvement to new product and package innovation).
