Position Title: Temporary Project Coordinator - Real Estate Position Summary Supports a District Construction team by assisting with project forecasting and tracking, database management, documentation, and logistics. Serves as a liaison with Project Management reporting on inspections, subcontracting, progress, and delays. Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery. Essential Job Functions Updates tracking system(s) to ensure that project status is maintained with complete accuracy and all documentation is on file. Creates and distributes correspondence relevant to the team, crew or customer (internal and external). Communicates all issues in a timely manner to Construction Manager prior to reaching critical status. Collaborates with construction manager and resolves all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site. Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for sites and projects; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness. Manages various office tasks such as ordering supplies and preparing packages for shipment. Assist construction manager and prepare work schedule for all projects, assist in closeout/punchwalk process, and ensure projects are closed appropriately. May require site visits. Prepare construction progress reports for all projects regularly. Maintain communication with contractors, construction managers, and project managers. Education/Certifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred Currently enrolled in a BS in Construction Management program preferred Other Skills/Abilities Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software Excellent organizational/administrative skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem solving environment Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Significant focus on customer service Organizational Relationship Reports to: Implementation Manager Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/A Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with occasional site visits.
