What will you do as a Sr. Program at Fiserv?
In this role you will deliver program outcomes within time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction parameters for Bank Solutions client engagements. The scope of your responsibility includes oversight and management of the program, multiple tracks of work, using various skill-sets, inclusive of program and project managers, ensuring a consistent usage of standard practices. You will also be able to provide leadership, vision, strategic planning and support tactical execution plans. Programs typically cross multiple business areas and third-party entities.

Bank Solutions delivers comprehensive bank platforms and value-added products and services for community, mid-tier, and large financial institutions. Fiserv bank platforms – Cleartouch, DNA, Precision, Premier, Signature – enable banks to efficiently manage a wide range of activities such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, loans, customer information management, and general ledger and accounting tasks. Each Fiserv bank platform has unique capabilities but they all help our clients improve customer service and streamline their back-office operations.
Provide a holistic view of the overall program and its respective projects to the organization and all stakeholders
Monitor and maintain the integrity of the program
Define program governance outlining roles/ responsibilities, decision rights, and clearly defined critical issue path
Ensure success criteria is defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected program outcomes
Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the program, aligned on expected outcomes and informed throughout the program
Serve as a liaison with client and 3rd parties, ensuring alignment and understanding of key dependencies
Proactively communicate the program’s progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility with the information and venues to make effective and timely decisions
Increase visibility by institutionalizing appropriate “inspection” practices to continuously improve and program delivery and ensure a uniform, enterprise delivery customer experience
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of previous senior project or program management and/or relevant consulting experience
Experience in project and program management processes and methodologies driving large scale change efforts
Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams both internal and external
Bachelor degree in Business Administration
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
Experience with Project Management tools

Travel Required: Approximately 20-25% travel within the United States
