Collaborate with analysts and clients to understand requirements and demonstrate progress
Work on an agile team to help plan, implement, and support enterprise web applications
Design, develop and test new system capabilities, including: ___
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application quality
Effectively articulate business requirements through the SDLC lifecycle
Work with others to fine-tune application performance
Continuously enhance skills by learning and applying relevant technologies and patterns

- Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ completed coursework
Job Related Experience:
Ability to work independently, as well as work with others in a group development setting
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with bootstrap, CSS and phone app development (iOS or Android) is preferable.
Experience with Tomcat/WebLogic/WebSphere is preferable.
Any database(DB2 or Oracle or SQL Server or MySQL) experience is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is preferable.
Familiarity with Agile tools (like Version1, JIRA) is preferable.
Strategic/critical thinking skills
A strong desire to work with and learn about software/computer technology
A self-starter, who takes initiative with challenging situations
Excellent computer skills ad familiarity with one or more of the following concepts, to include but not limited to:
o Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
o Application programming
o Software/systems engineering
o Mobile computing
o Database fundamentals
