Provide procurement and materials support to customers (Orthotics & Prosthetics facilities), along with overall responsibility for administration of corporate contracts. Your Impact Procure components, expedite suppliers, and track material so as to meet customer requirements. Maintain a strong communications interface with assigned customers, including customer visits, to heighten awareness of customer needs and operations. Follow-up on details to provide maximum customer service, especially on expedited and problem orders, and information from other functional departments. Manage special/unique and non-recurring procurement or customer service projects as appropriate. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school education or equivalent Up to one year of experience in purchasing/materials required Up to one year procurement experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics preferred Additional Success Factors Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a changing environment. Ability to work independently. Advanced business knowledge of purchasing, materials, and customer services, techniques, and policies. Knowledge of Orthotics and Prosthetics materials, supplies and components preferred. Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
