About the Role:

We are searching for a Consumer Marketing Director responsible for all consumer marketing activities for our Card Services product business. This position will report to the VP of Product Marketing and will lead the strategic marketing managers, as well as work extremely closely with the business line leaders to achieve consumer adoption and drive revenue.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage and acquire new customers using various techniques and approaches.

  • Work closely with external advertising and design agencies and spearhead exciting and effective campaigns.

  • Use consumer insights to guide the marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative.

  • Manage consumer marketing budgets and ensure the resources are fully utilized.

  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.

  • Conceive and coordinate marketing campaigns alongside consumer partners.

  • Monthly reviews of all campaigns and presenting to leadership on a quarterly basis.

  • Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.

  • Maximize the use of company marketing assets such as digital customer acquisition and social media marketing.

Required Qualifications:

•7+ years of technology Product Marketing experience plus at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role

•Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively manage talented staff and work with business partners

•Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to use good judgment when faced with trade-offs

•Strong results orientation with a demonstrated track record of success

•Ability to deliver results in a matrix environment

•Strong written communication skills

•Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

•Experience working and collaborating across business units and/or functional teams

•Negotiation skills, drives communications strategies and requires significant persuasion skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in payments highly preferred

  • Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred

Travel Required: up to 25%
