Client Service Associate - Law Enforcement Solutions
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States
Serve as the primary day to day customer contact for LexisNexis’ Coplogic Solutions customers. The Client Services Associate supports the business to ensure quality and timeliness of product implementations and customer satisfaction in support of new and existing systems for various clients. The Client Services Associate works with guidance from Leadership and handles assigned customers as directed. As required, work with line of business Product Managers, Project Managers, and/or QA to ensure the delivery of high quality, high value technology solutions to the business.
Provide client support with oversight from Leadership.
Assist with product implementations and day to day client services of multiple accounts, removing roadblocks, direct client questions to the appropriate parties, managing conflicting priorities amongst customers, and coordinate implementation project plan as requested.
Maintain positive client relationships at the appropriate levels.
Assist in growing and expanding relationships as represented by significant revenue growth per year.
Provide support in order to position both client and LN for strategic growth.
Responsible, along with Leadership, for customer satisfaction.
Assist in planning and the continuous improvement of development and project processes.
May identify key service trends.
Work hand in hand with sales to strategically assist and identify top customer needs.
This role requires someone to be solution oriented and to make the customer’s effort as seamless as possible.
Bachelor degree in business, computer science or related field.
Min 3-5 years of related experience.
Experience in Customer Service
Experience working within the Law Enforcement industry
Knowledge preferred of current IT tools and process disciplines.
Understanding of project management to include demonstrated project management skills.
Understanding of technology directions and trends helpful.
Ability to plan, manage and deliver tactical projects deliverables.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to build customer relationships and continually monitor customer satisfaction within designated accounts.
Suggest opportunities for service improvement leading to increased customer satisfaction.
Strong experience with WebEx or another remote presentation application.
