Description Position at Taylor CommunicationsTaylor Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in Toccoa, GA. The position is responsible for being the subject matter expert for the customer, being the liaison between the customer and various internal departments. In this role our staff establishes and maintains the relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and by ensure that all customer requests are completely met. Shift AvailableMonday - Friday8:00AM - 5:00PM Responsibilities Include:Provide Support for high profile and high touch accounts with complex requirements though positive interaction via various communication channels such as voice, email, internet chat and social media for inquires related to marketing needs, technical questions, product specifications, orders and inventory.Research and follow up to resolve issues including quality concerns. Escalate issues to a higher level as necessary.Ensure that all information in portal for orderings is always current.Make proactive outbound calls to designated active and inactive customers to initiate contact.Maintain customer data for users in the online customer store system.Communicate with sales offices, vendors and warehouses regarding order status and inventory issues.Record all inbound calls onto Call Log indicating pertinent information such as the date, customer, and reason for the call.May facilitate and coordinate training for less experienced staff and/or assist with complex issues.May facilitate and coordinate training the customer on systems utilized by the customer.Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Prior customer service related experience and basic computer operation skills, accurate typing ability (35 WPM or more) are needed.Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents.Must have exceptional ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or customers in person, via the telephone, and email.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form as well as respond in stressful and/or difficult situations with unsatisfied customersAbout Our CompanyWe offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive base salary, and a competitive benefit package including health, dental & vision insurance, 401K plan, profit sharing, PTO (paid time off) and Holiday Pay.Taylor Communications is a go-to-market subsidiary of Taylor Corporation.
