Essential Duties : Solves organizational problems and projects by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, recommending system procedures, and providing end user documentation.
Meet with key business partners regularly to uncover business issues that need to be addressed.
Function as the IT Leader to facilitate prioritizing, planning, documenting, executing, and supporting IT projects for the business.
Work with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
Coordinate with IT organization, third party partners, and the business to develop, deliver, and support acceptable standardized solutions for the business.
Represent and relay IT standards on projects.
Identify and/or implement changes, modifications, monitoring, and testing according to approved business requirements.
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
Provide training to end users for systems modifications or new systems
Project experience on sales based IT projects (CRM, CPQ, ecommerce, etc.).
Understanding of SaaS third party applications (CallidusCloud CPQ, Salesforce.com).
Experience managing web based application implementations.
Ecommerce platform implementation experience.
ERP experience and/or knowledge.
Ability to implement and apply a structured methodology for requirements specifications.
Ability to manage release cycles by analyzing requirements, obtaining prioritization from the business, constructing workflow charts, diagrams, and work instructions.
