"* Generate additional revenue by proactively prospecting new customers and upselling existing customers. Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSR) will also assist the Field Sales reps and customers in generating quotes, processing orders and providing technical expertise, where applicable. * Handle inquiries on customer orders, set up new customers and process orders via telephone, email and fax. Verify customer pricing and investigate any complaints\/discrepancies. * Provide eShop customer service by registering the customer, generating shopping lists, price and product verification. Provide training to the customer on placing orders online. Perform ongoing maintenance to the eShop. * Receive sales leads from field sales and account managers. Follow up with customers and generate quotes. * Review backorders for delays. Provide stocking requirements and parts numbers to inventory. Pull inventory from another location if needed. * Generate various ad hoc reports (daily sales, backorders, billing, bills not shipped, etc).Job Requirements : Associates Degree Preferred and\/or 3-5 years' experience in a customer support sales role.
