          Description:

          Enter, maintain, and process customer orders. Proactively manage customer relationships by coordinating standing orders, manage product lot sequestering, notify customers of delayed shipments, provide customers with delivery and pricing information and resolve disputed accounts receivables.

          Associates Degree, 1-3 years experience preferred. Strong telephone skills, basic contract administration skills, strong problems solving skills, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills.

          The successful candidate will demonstrate a demeanor of professionalism, commitment to excellence and a customer focused approach.

          Systems utilized throughout the day include but are not limited to: SAP, Microsoft Office, Siebel, and various web based applications.
