Co-op services Credit Union Administrative Manager in Duluth, Georgia
CO-OP Financial Services is currently looking for an Administrative Manager in the Administrative and PPM department. This position is located in Duluth, GA.
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and participating in the daily administrative support operations of the company in the Duluth office. This person will participate in and lead the daily functions of the office as well as support executive leadership with administrative support.
What your day will look like:
Develop and participate in writing, implementing, and coordinating administrative procedures and systems including policies, procedures, and processes. This includes devising ways to improve and streamline these processes once they are implemented.
Develops and coordinates delivery of all general training for new hires regarding the office location processes and procedures.
Manages the coordination of administrative support for and between other office locations.
Manages client reception and incoming/outgoing communications by telephone and mail, both internally and externally, to ensure effective treatment while maintaining a professional image.
Manages coordination with facilities department regarding record systems including current projects, technical library and archived materials.
Develops, coordinates and carries out all company document control processes.
Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.
Purchases office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including coffee machines, vending machines, copiers and scanners.
Provides project specific administrative assistance to executive staff.
Serves as the office key point of contact for company associates regarding the Duluth facility.
Supervises vendor onsite support as required by facilities, which includes escorting through facility.
Maintains inventory and record log of security badges and keys in accordance with security procedures.
Manage mail services of sorting and distributing in accordance with security procedures.
This position requires a High school diploma with at least 5 – 7 years related experience in a lead administrative position. Thorough intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point software required.
To perform this job successfully, the Administrative Manager must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills as well as administrative, planning and organizational skills.l We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Must be intuitive to understanding entire work process; asks questions and follows through on project and have project support skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
