Highly active and visible champion for change across all levels of the enterprise and communicates a compelling vision for change, influences leaders and defines relevant process and organization change strategies. Provides leadership, guidance, execution and reporting to ensure end to end sucessful delivery of initiatives to Executive level leadership. Partners with line of business leaders across the enterprise to charter new process efficiency opportunities as well leads Segment and Corporate level Busines Process Re-engineering initiative. Leads the identification of optimized solutions to business problems, including process and technology based solutions and enabling measurable, sustainable change.What Part Will You Play?- Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a process. Conducts throrough data collection, analysis and design as well as gap analysis to solution problems within the organization and ensure it functions more effectively and efficiently. Assess and evaluate the current state across multiple Lines of Business to design, create and implement future state based on business objectives.- Facilitates workout sessions across multiple divisions to reengineer and/or create new business models. Redesigns the workflow to reduce cost and impacts to TSYS and the Client, this may include going on site to assist clients in their reengineering efforts. Identifies, introduces and supports the implementation of change that improves efficiencies across multiple divisions.What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Major in Business Admin, IT, or related field- Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp- Experience in business process management and process improvement tools and techniques.Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree- Bu siness Admin, IT or related field.- Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp- Industry, Risk and Process Knowledge.
