          Duties: The TTS Sr. Systems Infrastructure Project Manager will manage TTS Systems Infrastructure projects as well as help shape and implement appropriate TTS PM methodology.

          Currently, the Operational teams, who lack formal PM expertise, manage most of the Systems Infrastructure projects. This includes, but is not limited to UNIX and Windows Ops, Data Center, Storage, Data Engineering, Security, Voice Engineering, & Broadcast Technology Infrastructure. This role will enable Ops to remain heads-down and working on project deliverables and other operational responsibilities.

          This individual would be responsible for
          1). Full lifecycle project management (Initiating to Closing) tailoring the approach to project size and complexity
          2). Creating, socializing and managing scope documents. Critical thinking skill and flexibility in style/approach is crucial, where the Sr. PM should demonstrate that they understand the implications of proposed scope decisions/changes and redirect approach as necessary.
          3), Creating, socializing and managing project schedules. This includes facilitating the identification of inter-dependencies, associated risks and their impacts. They need to demonstrate that they understand the implications of resource/equipment decisions/delays and can redirect approach as necessary.
          4). Creating, socializing and managing project status. Use of creative methods (e.g. dashboards) of communication is a plus.
          They will act as the communications hub for Systems Infrastructure projects with customers, TTS project sponsors and resources, Status should include accomplishments, risks/issue mitigation at a minimum.
          5). Helping manage the Systems Infrastructure project portfolio Publication of the portfolio and associated dashboard that is meaningful to different audiences is key. The goal is to enable decision makers to make project decisions as they consider the holistic portfolio.
          6). Assist in the creation of tailored PM methodology guidelines and procedures

          The Sr. PM should demonstrate extremely strong customer service skills and political savviness. This includes, but is not limited to, demonstrating excellent time-management skills. Additionally, the Sr. PM should demonstrate they can lead (even at times without authority) with minimal guidance from upper management.
