  • Responsible to Leads business management activities for large production support contract, meet client commitments and financial targets.

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of several Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects (or sub-projects), or for the delivery of large complex ADM project(s) in Consumer Portfolio.

  • Manage the business results and develop solutions to meet financial targets.

  • Responsible to interface for multiple clients, and makes decisions that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire account. Provide leadership to the project managers and teams and is an advocate for the performance of the project and metrics. Responsible for managing the business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple projects.

  • Exhibit leadership and form strategic relationships with the client to develop integrated business solutions meet the client needs.

  • Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for their project, according to the project charter.

  • Responsible for assimilating the IBM processes and for implementing Application Development and Maintenance processes and Quality Assurance reviews on the project(s).

  • They identify staffing, based on skills strategy and business opportunities, to meet project or business demands.

  • Responsible to interact with the Project Managers and Professional Development Managers on staffing, employee performance, career advancement, skill development and recognition using the IBM HR policies and procedures.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Complex Support Program Management

  • Minimum 8-10 years Banking Domain/functional knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge in Consumer Portfolio which includes Deposit, Debit card, Credit card, Branch operations, Teller and channels

  • Complex program proposal and building solution : Minimum 2 large contract solution building experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in handing over 100+ onshore and offshore resources : minimum 3 years of experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance management for large programs

  • ITIL V3 certification
