We are currently seeking a Information Security Project Manager for our Atlanta office:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst position is a role with high visibility and significant responsibility for the deployment of managed security services to new and existing Dell SecureWorks customers. The SA is responsible for providing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the MSS Service Deployment lifecycle, and coordinating with various groups within the MSS business unit to ensure on-time and successful project deployments with a high degree of customer satisfaction, in accordance with Dell SecureWorks MSS’s defined deployment processes. The senior analyst manages each aspect of the service deployment project including project initiation, solution design, provisioning, service activation and transition to ongoing service delivery. The deployments that the senior analyst manages are large scale with significant tactical, financial or strategic implications for Dell SecureWorks.

Facilitate decision making with customer stakeholders, balancing the needs of different constituencies and facilitating consensus in the customer’s organization.

Identify, prioritize, mitigate, manage and resolve project issues, constraints, dependencies and risks in conjunction with the customer.

Define and manage critical success factors in conjunction with the customer.

Communicate ongoing status and issues to the customer and escalate critical conditions to internal Dell SecureWorks management.

Create and manage overall project plans for customer deployments.

Coordinate and manage project schedules, meetings, and other related project activities.

Proactively ensure successful completion of all owned implementation related projects.

Be a key contributor of continuous improvement of PM best practices, using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the Deployment team.

Exemplify excellent Customer service delivery by ensuring all Customer needs are being addressed and regular communication and feedback is occurring.

Support Dell SecureWorks sales, contracts and billing, and Secure Operation Center (SOC) teams by completing project, service, and process related requests.

Posses a vested interest in the success of assigned projects.

Strong familiarity with project planning concepts.

High-level proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.

Easily adapt to various applications and tools utilized by Customer Implementation Services.

Education and Experience:

Preference will be given to PMP/PMI similarly credentialed candidates

Min. Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college/university

3 years project management experience

Excellent written, verbal communication skills

Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
