U.S. Bank Office Manager in ATLANTA, Georgia

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Office Manager to support a brand new team within the organization. This individual will have solid project management and excellent project communication experience to contribute toward the success of our initiatives. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to onboarding new employees including ordering equipment/space/supplies; creating training/onboarding plan from template; conducting or assisting with new hire orientation. As well as, supporting the entire team with various administrative needs.


  • Provides general support to team members (communicating policy/procedural changes; answering basic questions and/or directing team members to other sources)

  • Processes invoices; expense reports; time transmittal; building/maintenance requests

  • Communicates with employees about building/site issues or updates

  • Coordinate logistics and other tactical aspect of events and meetings

  • Responsible for Wiki maintenance

  • May coordinate executive’s calendars; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements

  • Collects and analyzes data, maintains records and databases, and prepares specialized reports and presentations


Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree

  • 3 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar position in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, WebEx

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills

  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar

  • Previous public speaking or training (delivery) experience

  • Conflict resolution skills/experience

  • Financial services experience
