Heery International Inc. is currently seeking a strong National Preconstruction Services Director that has the ability to manage multiple staff across a national portfolio of offices. This role is with a leading design build firm and subsequently will require strong conceptual estimating skills and processes to be implemented companywide on design build projects in excess of $50M.

Requirements:

Experience leading multi-disciplined teams including the management and development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities including the subcontractor community, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships.

Advanced estimating skills and the proven ability to participate in and/or manage the estimating process. Proven capabilities in participating and managing each phase of development: Planning, Conceptual, Schematic Design Development and Construction Documents. Experience with MC Squared and BIM is a plus. A four year degree is required. All submissions will be handled in a confidential manner.
