Purpose of Position
Hitachi Consulting's Energy practice is looking for an Industry Leader to serve and support the growing demand for services in the Utilities market. Qualified candidates will have an industry proven track record in delivery of services, client and project management that exceeds customer expectations and ability to generate new client business.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated capability to deliver client solutions in a billable delivery capacity – minimum 25% annually
Demonstrated experience of 10-15 years, minimum, in selling and deliveringinnovative consulting solutions (not software)
Demonstrated experience of 8-10 years, minimum, working with/in the Energy Industry
Demonstrated Knowledge and past performanceworking with oil field services, contract drilling, upstream or midstream industry customers
Demonstrated annual consulting sales in excess of $2M, with net new logos and account expansion
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high performing teams
Solutions: Management Consulting,Business Process and IT capabilities in BI/PM, Financial Systems, BPR, Six Sigma Black, ERP, Microsoft Technologies
Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience
Master’s Degree preferred
