For more information, visit Description:Associate Brand Manager-Internship:This internship experience is project based where each intern will be given one strategic project addressing a current business issue to work on throughout the summer. They will work with many cross-functional teams to develop their recommendation including: finance, pricing, operations, consumer research, marketing agencies, social media team, etc.Successful Interns will be given offers to return as full-time Associate Brand Managers (or equivalent) upon graduation.Responsibilities of these roles could include:Assist in evaluating and refining brand positioning based on Category Strategy, Consumer Insights and Competitive analysisLead cross-functional teams to deliver long term planning objectives and goalsUtilize competitive information from external and internal sources to identify category trends, opportunities and risksUtilize consumer and category insights to contribute to the development of communication programs, improvement in overall brand health and to identify innovation opportunitiesEvaluate in-market brand performance and equity development and make recommendations to improve performanceEvaluate return on marketing investment and recommend program refinements based on learningsReview P&L performance and make recommendations to improve long term value creationEducation:-Bachelors degree required-Must be currently enrolled in a MBA programKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:-Ability to lead cross functional programs and teams-Ability to gather, interpret and synthesize market input into business and marketing strategy-Ability to develop and communicate sound business proposals to management and its support team-Ability to perform complex business strategy and financial analysesSalary and benefits commensurate with experience.We are an equal opportunity employer.
